With over 25 years of global culinary experience, Chef Choi has honed his craft at prestigious establishments such as Disney Cruise Line, Marina Bay Sands, Grand Hyatt Jeju and The Ritz-Carlton. Born and raised in Korea, his passion for food began at home, cooking for his family and has since evolved into a celebrated career marked by innovation and authenticity. 

Chef Choi’s special set menu at Tre showcases the essence of Korean cuisine, blending traditional flavors with modern techniques. From handcrafted banchan to perfectly grilled galbi, each dish is a tribute to Korea’s rich culinary heritage refined for today’s discerning palate.
